One million COVID-19 vaccine doses are going to 6,500 pharmacies

Great news for Horne Insurance Clients, the federal government has agreed to send one million vaccines to 6,500 pharmacies with the already 10.5 million already being sent. The Federal Retail Pharmacy Program will start on Thursday, February 11. Since supply is currently limited, consumers are asked to check their state guidelines on eligibility and are encouraged to make an appointment. As well as the Federal Emergency Management Agency is increasing its support to $3 to $5 billion to fully pay back states for the cost of mobilizing the National Guard during the pandemic.
